Training
Sy.Med
offers online training utilizing Microsoft’s Live Meeting web conferencing software.
Online training gives users comprehensive product coverage and can be easily scheduled
to work around daily job activities. Alternatively, clients can choose to receive onsite training,
which allows users to get accustomed to the software while
working side by side with a Sy.Med software trainer.
Either way, our clients benefit
from using OneApp on day one. Training sessions can be scaled from one-on-one to
multi-user classroom training, depending on individual client
needs.
Technical Support
Sy.Med provides ongoing technical support to all clients via telephone, email, and remote access
connectivity.
This allows Sy.Med's Technical Resources representatives to "see
what the user sees" as they work through any issues that
may arise; thereby tremendously reducing the time required
to answer user questions.
Customization
Whether you are a three physician group or an
integrated delivery system with hundreds of
providers,
OneApp can be tailored to meet your needs. The software is scalable and can be delivered in configurations
ranging from a stand-alone PC to an enterprise
server with multiple users across a LAN or WAN.
Application Design
Sy.Med is committed to simplifying managed
care for our clients. In all cases, users
are trained
to maintain their own library of forms and applications for
submission to various payers and facilities. Our clients also have the option to have our staff handle this task.
Once received, the applications are designed and
delivered via email within a matter of days.
Data Conversion Services
For those clients who have already collected and
stored their credentialing data in a database, spreadsheet,
or other electronic format, Sy.Med offers help with importing
the information into our OneApp database. We can handle the
data conversion service for our clients, or we will work with
their IT/IS team to ensure an orderly data transfer.
